Meet the Owner
Michael Dugan, MCI, brings more than 35 years of experience in construction, custom home building, remodeling, flood, and fire restoration and property inspection services. He is a Master Carpenter and Construction Consultant and has performed thousands of fee-paid home and commercial inspections to date.

Education

• International Code Council (ICC) Certified Combo Residential Building, Mechanical, and Plumbing Inspector
• Environmental inspection training by Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Council and Hometest (mold sampling) training, July 2001 and September 2001
• Environmental inspection training by Environmental Inspections and Solutions, 2001
• Energy Inspector and Certified Home Energy Rating System (HERS) by Energy Check Up, October 2001
• Title 24, California Residential Energy Standards (AB970 Energy Efficiency Amendments) and Air Distribution Diagnostic Testing by Pacific Gas and Electric, 2002-2003
• Has met or exceeded CREIA's required thirty hours of additional inspection training per calendar year for the last 14 years
• Completed Modesto Junior College courses in Uniform Building Code (non-structural), Uniform Plumbing Code, and Uniform Electrical Codes for Building Officials, 1998-1999
• Seismic Risk Assessment Registered Inspector by JCP Geologists Inc., September 1996, No.00015
