The California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) was founded in 1976, and provides education, training, and support services to the Real Estate Inspection Industry and to the public. CREIA is a mutual benefit, non-profit corporation with state offices in Palm Springs and local chapters throughout the state. CREIA’s Mission is to:
- Represent the Real Estate Inspection Industry
- Recognize and promote Real Estate Inspection as a unique, professional discipline
- Provide leadership through education and by maintaining ethical and technical standards
- Enhance consumer protection and promote public awareness of the association
Education
CREIA conducts monthly educational and training seminars at chapter meetings and a state-wide convention each year.
